Tee Ball

tee ball

A great introduction to baseball for kids aged 4-7.

In the first half of the season (before Christmas) we run an internal skills-based program to get kids ready for the season ahead.

Games are played on Friday afternoons/evenings.  We are sometimes able to have the games as curtain raisers for our Div 1 games.

Rookie Ball

Also known as Little League Minors, Rookie Ball is for players aged 8 & 9. It’s a modified version of baseball, where coaches pitch to the players.

There are no strikes or balls, and after 4 unsuccessful pitches, the player can hit off a tee.  Sorry coaches – your strikeouts don’t count here ;P

Rookie Ball

little league

For kids aged 10-12, Little League (Little League Majors) is the earliest competition that plays ‘full’ baseball (players pitching, strikes & balls etc.), but on a modified field (smaller pitch distances and distance between the bases). In Divs 2&3, instead of players ‘walking’ they are able to hit off a tee/coaches pitch.

In the 22/23 season, Windsor had 4 teams in the Little League Competition. 1 Div 1 team;  2 Div 2 teams; 1 Div 3 team.

Little League players are eligible to trial for regional representative teams, which compete at the state and national level. Windsor is part of Brisbane Metro Baseball.  Several kids from Windsor have played at the state & national level as part of Brisbane Metro teams.

Intermediate League

REGIONAL COMPETITION ONLY – NOT PLAYED IN THE CLUB COMPS

For players aged 12 & 13 (last year of LL and first year of JL), Intermediate League is a Div 1 regional state/national competition.

Distances are longer than Little League, but smaller than Junior League

To be eligible, players have to participate in 12 additional qualification games, that are held outside of the club season. Registration/information about these qualification games will be published on our Facebook page.

Brisbane Metro Intermediate League
Junior League

Junior League

For players aged 13 & 14, the Junior League competition has 2 divisions.

Distances are longer than Little League, but smaller than a full-size field.

In the 23/24 season, Windsor had 2 Div 1 teams, and 1 Div 2 team.

At the regional level, there is a state competition for both divisions.  The region that wins the Div 1 competition has the opportunity to play at Nationals.

senior league

For players aged 15 & 16, Senior League is played at the full field size.

There is also a regional Div 1 competition for Senior League.

Big league

For players aged 17-20, Big League is played at the full field size. It has a regional Div 1 competition as well.

Older than 20? Looking to play senior divisional ball?

We have several teams for senior players
